Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to physical addresses within the state of Colorado.  In the future, we are working to be able to ship domestically. We use UPS shipping, and we print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using frozen ice / dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

* Please note that shipping is not available on large beef portions. Those products must be picked up, or we can arrange for delivery within 200 miles of Fort Morgan, Co. Full Payment is due at time of processing. We will send you a second invoice when the remaining balance is known.

Customers are able to pick up their order from us in Fort Morgan, Colorado to save the cost of shipping. We are also happy to deliver orders within a 200 mile radius of Fort Morgan, Colorado.
