Our grain finished cattle are pasture raised, naturally, on the eastern plains of Colorado on our family’s ranch that has been raising cattle for over 150 years, before being finished on a corn-based diet for a rich, wholesome beefy flavor that you are sure to love.
Each animal is humanely harvested at a processing facility less than an hour from the ranch.
To enhance its tenderness and flavor, the meat is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks before being cut, packaged and quick-frozen to preserve the impeccable quality and flavor.
