Each package of our single source ground beef comes from one single animal so you receive quality, mouthwatering beef unlike anything you’ve tasted before.

The cattle spend their lives on pure pastureland, benefiting from grazing on fresh, and nutritious grasses. To help keep them optimally healthy , they also have free choice to a mineral-rich mix of salt and vitamins. Our grass-fed/finished cattle are pasture raised, naturally, on the eastern plains of Colorado on our family’s ranch that has been raising cattle for over 150 years.

Each animal is humanely harvested at a processing facility less than an hour from the ranch.

To enhance its tenderness and flavor, the meat is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks before being cut, packaged and quick-frozen to preserve the impeccable quality and flavor.
