Our natural raised pork is sourced through decades of friendship and knowledge cultivated to bring you the best we have to offer in Eastern Colorado. 

Each animal is humanely harvested at a processing facility less than an hour from the ranch.

To enhance its tenderness and flavor, the meat is dry aged in standard processing before being cut, packaged and quick-frozen to preserve the impeccable quality and flavor.
